Phase 1 sets the foundation for the overall Enhancement Plan by establishing security, shade, and core programming. The budget for Phase 1 is about $1M and Friends of Reed Park are working closely with Austin Parks Foundation and Parks & Recreation on approval and sequencing of these initial improvements.
